Does Camera Tool depend on Built-in, URP or HDRP?
No. It is a script-only editor utility and is independent of the rendering pipeline.
Can I use it without entering Play mode?
Yes. Camera movement works while the editor is playing or stopped. Game and editor cameras can be linked with a key press.
Does it support orthographic cameras and multiple views?
Yes. The listing includes orthographic mode, multiple Scene views and two game cameras with separate position and rotation settings.
